The Medical Center of Southeast Texas would like to invite you to a ribbon cutting and open house scheduled for Tuesday\, March 8. The Medical Center is celebrating its expansion of the Outpatient Cancer Center located at 2875 Jimmy Johnson Blvd. in Port Arthur.
