An anger management group is a way to inform people how they can express their anger in a controlled\, healthy way. People will learn what anger is\, how to recognize anger triggers\, where personal anger stems from and how to control it.

Cost\; $50.00 
$20 non refundable deposit must be made on or before the first class date. 
Remaining balance may be paid over the course of the next three classes at  $10 per class.
