DESCRIPTION:Bring the family to Pleasure Island for the Sea Rim State Park-sponsored youth fishing rodeo\, music\, activities and food vendors from noon to 5 p.m. as competitors weigh catches from Sabine Lake in Port Arthur. Gator Country will bring gators and other friends. Bring lawn chairs and stay a while. JAG and Nashville recording artist and television host of &ldquo\;The Right Place with Kevin Sport&rdquo\; will perform and food vendors will include Taqueria Gonzales\, Tee Nah&rsquo\;s Cajun Cooking with crawfish and Simply Delicious Creole Cooking. Tour Sponsor Conecuh Sausage company will be on site\, firing up their grill and offering free sampling of goods all the way from Evergreen\, Alabama. Cops N Kids\, Academy\, American Red Cross\, Golden Triangle Emergency Center\, Nash-Rankin Allstate Insurance Agency and The Saltwater Boys will be among exhibitors. Registration for the Youth Fishing Rodeo will begin at noon at the Pleasure Island Marina Boardwalk\, 600 Pleasure Pier Blvd. The event\, for ages 3 through 16\, will be from 12\;30 to 2\;30 p.m.\, with awards to follow. There is no fee to participate. Youth must be accompanied by an adult. Loaner tackle will be provided for the first 30 participants and bait will be provided to all. Sea Rim State Park and the Port Arthur Convention &amp\; Visitors Bureau will sponsor this event. Admission Details\;Free
