DESCRIPTION:The 3rd Annual Healthy Family Festival! The festival is free to the public. There will be food\, games\, door prizes\, give-a-ways\, events on stage and helpful information from both Gulf Coast Health Center and our industry partners. There will be two one hour Diabetic Classes free to the public in both Spanish and English provided by the A1C Champions Program. The Wal-Mart Vision Center will also have a booth this year and offer free eye screenings by one of their optometrists. Some of the activities at each booth include free A1c testing\, Blood Pressure\, and BMI checks. Informational brochures are also given at these booths. Our Community Health Department will have several booths in which they help families obtain education and assistance with the application process of Health &amp\; Human Services eg. Texas Medicaid\, Chips and TANF.Admission Details\;Free to the Public
